Cons

  • Complex self-hosting setup

Verdict

Cal.com is the infrastructure-grade scheduling platform. The API, team scheduling, routing, and payment collection make it more than a booking page — it's scheduling infrastructure you can build products on. For companies that embed scheduling into their product, Cal.com's API and self-hosting option provide the flexibility Calendly can't.
